Housing questions addressed in online town hall discussion

Questions about foreclosure or loan modification were addressed in an online town hall session on Monday.
Nevada Attorney General Catherine Cortez Masto partnered with the Financial Guidance Center to conduct the Twitter town hall as part of the state’s Home Again: Nevada Homeowner Relief Program.
During the town hall, Nevadans were able to housing counselors questions related to new-home ownership, credit repair, loan modification, eligibility for down-payment assistance and other free resources.
Future Home Again Twitter town halls are scheduled for May 6 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.; May 19 from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.; June 2 from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.; June 17 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.; and June 30 from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.
