Las Vegas company details restructuring

Kalb Construction and Kalb Industries of Nevada restructured their management. George Kalb will remain president of Kalb Construction along with his son Jeff. Dean Shepardson will serve as operations director. Steve Kalb will become president of Kalb Industries along with his son Justin, who will serve as vice president of commercial construction.

In a statement, the company said the restructuring will not affect clients of either company and company offices will remain the same.

Cannery Casino Resorts named Tom Lettero chief operating officer.
