Tennessee company acquires LV company

American Residential Services, a privately-held Memphis, Tenn.-based provider of heating, air conditioning and plumbing services, acquired Las Vegas-based 24/7 Service Corp., the operator of Yes! Air Conditioning, Yes! Plumbing and Sunset Sheet Metal & Air Conditioning.

Financial terms weren't disclosed.

Ken Goodrich, president and owner of 24/7 Service Corp., will join American Residential Services' senior management team.

Sunset founders Bill Moore and Shana Daigneau will continue to lead the Sunset operation in Las Vegas. Existing American Residential Services' locations in Las Vegas, Phoenix and Tucson, Ariz., will operate in conjunction with the new businesses under the name Yes! ARS.

Trump International Hotel & Tower Las Vegas named Steve Shalit vice president and managing director, James Palank vice president of sales and marketing, Laurie Luongo vice president of human resources, and Joe Isidori vice president of food and beverage and executive chef.

Greater Nevada Planning named Fara Karr marketing director.

Territory, a Las Vegas-based development company, named Danielle Caprio leasing and marketing specialist.

Clark County Credit Union named Tami Coyle peak-time teller at its Windmill Lane branch.
