College will offer class on loan software

The College of Southern Nevada will offer a seminar in Calyx Point for loan origination from 6-9 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday at the Green Valley Tech Center, 1560 Warm Springs Road in Henderson.

Calyx Point is a widely used mortgage lending software. The class will address loan origination and marketing; prequalification; good faith estimates; the truth in lending statement and data security, among other topics.
