University offering human resources class
University of Nevada, Las Vegas Education Outreach will hold a seminar on human resource management essentials 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday and Friday at the university’s Paradise Campus, 851 E. Tropicana Ave.
The course will cover compensation; employment law; recruitment and selection; worker orientation and training; and performance.
