Credit union elects two to board positions
Nevada Federal Credit Union nominated and elected Bill Flaxa and Pete Peterson to serve three-year terms on its board of directors. The credit union also nominated and elected Vince Eckelkamp chairman of the board, Dennis Shipley vice chairman of the board and Bill Flaxa secretary/treasurer.
Western IRA Funding, a company specializing in self-directed individual retirement accounts and retirement plan investing in trust deeds, opened at 3230 S. Buffalo Drive, Suite 105.
Principals are Shannon Evans, Aris Melonas and Cal Evans.
Star7, a Las Vegas-based advertising and public relations agency, named Cathy Dela Pena media director.
Parker Scaggiari, an interior design and architecture firm, named Pat Cortney principal.
Audio Visual One, an audio visual, rental, sales, hotel and event staging company, named Ted Rodriquez operations director for its Las Vegas branch.
Qualitect, the developer of Luxe Lofts, a $35 million 83-unit residential development on West Flamingo Road near El Capitan Way, launched a Web site, www.luxelofts.com. The site offers floor plans, information and video presentations of the residences.
Letizia Ad Team named Candice Green executive assistant.
