Argument leads to man’s death in south valley

A man was fatally shot in the south valley Sunday afternoon after arguing with his brother, Las Vegas police said.
The identity of the deceased man was not released by authorities.
Lt. Ted Snodgrass said homicide detectives are still in the preliminary stages of the investigation. Snodgrass said the shooting occurred about 12:41 p.m. at 6365 Whispering Clouds Court, near Jones Boulevard south of state Route 160.
Snodgrass said two brothers were arguing before the shooting. The man who was shot in the abdomen died at University Medical Center.
