Fugitive in double slaying arrested

A police task force on Wednesday arrested a 25-year-old man wanted in connection with a double slaying in Los Angeles.

Las Vegas police said Tyrone Corsey, who is suspected in the fatal shooting of two people following an altercation, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. on the 400 block of North Jones Boulevard, near U.S. Highway 95.

Corsey is being held at the Clark County Detention Center pending extradition to Los Angeles.

Corsey was arrested by the Criminal Apprehension Team, a task force of officers with Las Vegas and Henderson police and agents with the FBI.
