Man killed in Saturday shooting identified

A man shot and killed Saturday morning in the northeast valley has been identified.

Christopher Simon Jr., 23, from Las Vegas, was found shot to death about
3:50 a.m. in the 4700 block of Craig Road, near Nellis Boulevard.

Simon died from a gunshot wound to the head. He also had been shot several times in the upper torso, according to the Clark County's office.

Witnesses told Las Vegas police the shooter left the scene in a white Lincoln Continental driven by another man.
