Man killed, woman injured in collision
Las Vegas police are investigating a collision in the northwest valley that has left one person dead and another in critical condition Monday night.
Police said the 7:38 p.m. crash involved a motorcycle striking a pickup truck at the intersection of Ann Road and Rio Vista Street, near Rainbow Boulevard.
The male driver of the motorcycle died at the scene, police said. The female passenger was taken to a hospital in critical condition. Their names were not released.
Police were still investigating the cause of the collision Monday night.
