Driver of rented Lamborghini who went ‘off-roading’ suspected of DUI

Nevada Highway Patrol troopers arrested the driver of a rented Lamborghini on a DUI charge Sunday.

The agency said in a tweet that the driver of the pricey rental was “off-roading while impaired.” It happened in the area of Las Vegas Boulevard South and mile marker 12, near Jean, Trooper Ashlee Wellman said.

Wellman did not identify the driver but said he was suspected of driving while impaired.

It’s unclear if anyone was injured. No futher information was immediately available.
