Police are investing an overnight fatal shooting in the northwest Las Vegas Valley.

Police were called just after 12:20 a.m. Saturday to the 8800 block of Hickam Avenue, near El Capitan Way and Craig Road, according to an email from Metropolitan Police Department Lt. Raymond Spencer and LVMPD records.

Officers received calls about a homicide on Jan. 3 after Adrian Rodriguez-Guillen cut off and shot at a vehicle containing his ex-wife and her girlfriend, police said.
