Police investigate downtown Las Vegas homicide

A man is dead after he was stabbed to death late Sunday near downtown Las Vegas.

Police were dispatched at approximately 10:37 p.m. Sunday to investigate a stabbing at 9th Street and Bonneville Avenue, according to a press release. They found three victims suffering from wounds, two were transported to University Medical Center and the third was pronounced dead at the scene.

The investigation indicates the victims were involved in an altercation with an unidentified male. During the confrontation, he stabbed all the victims and fled, according to the release.
