Police investigate homicide in west Las Vegas Valley

Updated June 13, 2022 - 7:04 am

A man was shot to death early Sunday at an “apparent drug house” in the west valley, according to Las Vegas police.

Police responded to the shooting about 4 a.m. in the 8200 block of Ogee Drive, near Charleston Boulevard and Durango Drive.

The victim was found dead inside the front door of a home, police said.

The Clark County coroner’s office identified him as Christian Wunderle, 40.

After someone knocked on the door, police said, two people “forced” their way inside and shot Wunderle.

Police said the homicide appears to be drug-related. The assailants, only described as being male, were last seen driving a white or light-colored sedan.
