Las Vegas police want help finding robbery suspect

Police are requesting the help of the public in identifying a suspect involved in a Thursday robbery.

According to police, a man entered an unspecified retail store in the central valley near the intersection of Maryland Parkway and Flamingo Road where he used an unknown weapon to steal unspecified items, Metro said in a news release.

The man was described by police as white, between 30 and 35 years old, about 160 pounds and about 5 feet 10 inches tall. In surveillance stills released by police, the man was wearing a gray T-shirt and a dark baseball cap. He also had facial hair, according to police.

No injuries were reported during the robbery.

Police did not specify what weapon the man used, what time the robbery occurred, what the man took or what business was robbed.
