2 suspects sought after Las Vegas pizzeria robbed at gunpoint

Las Vegas police are searching for two men who robbed a central valley pizzeria at gunpoint early Tuesday.

The robbery was called in about 3:30 a.m. Tuesday at Cafe Verdi West, 3111 S. Valley View Blvd., near West Desert Inn Road, according to Metropolitan Police Lt. David Gordon.

There were three employees and several customers inside the restaurant when two armed men walked in, Gordon said. The men stole money from the business and took wallets and car keys from the customers before fleeing through the front doors.

No one was hurt, Gordon said, and the robbers are still at large.
