Las Vegas police looking for 2 suspects in September robbery

A customer was shot during a September robbery, and police are asking for help finding two robbers.

At about 2:45 p.m. Sept. 16, two men walked into a store on the 2000 block of West Charleston Boulevard, near Rancho Drive, Las Vegas police said.

They tried to rob a clerk and a customer. The clerk fled, and the men robbed and shot the customer, a Metropolitan Police Department release said.

The customer was taken to University Medical Center.

They were last seen leaving the area in a white 1998 Honda Accord.

Police described the first man as a black man in his 20s with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a black-and-white Adidas shirt, black pants and white shoes.

Officers described the second man as a black man in his 20s with a heavy build. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt, blue jean shorts and black-and-white shoes.

Metro urged anybody with information about the robbery to call detectives at 702-828-3591 or 702-385-5555 to remain anonymous.
