Las Vegas police still hunt robbery suspect nearly 1 year later

Almost a year later, Las Vegas police are still searching for a man suspected in a robbery at a convenience store in the east valley.

On Jan. 9, a man walked into a convenience store near Boulder Highway and Indios Avenue, drew a gun and demanded money, according to the Metropolitan Police Department.

No one was injured in the robbery, and the man fled the scene after grabbing an undisclosed amount of cash.

The robber is described as between 18 and 21 years old, about 5 feet 6 inches tall with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt and dark jeans.
