Police need public’s help in solving string of warehouse thefts

Las Vegas police seek the public’s help in finding a burglar after several warehouse thefts between May 14 and May 22 in the south central valley.

Police received reports of theft from a warehouse located in the 1600 block of Helm Drive. It was reported that the suspect took items from the business and left the area.

The investigation showed that one suspect entered the business, took boxes containing multiple electronic items and left in an awaiting vehicle, police said. A second suspect driving the truck was not seen.

Police described the suspect’s vehicle as an older model pick-up truck. The front of the truck is lighter in color and the bed of the truck is painted black.
