Clark County firefighters discover man with stab wounds at fire station

A male with stab wounds walked up to a Clark County Fire Department station in the east valley seeking help Wednesday afternoon.

Firefighters at the 150 N. Nellis Blvd. station — just north of Charleston Boulevard — saw the stabbed male about 5:30 p.m., Metropolitan Police Department Lt. Timothy Hatchett said. He was taken to University Medical Center’s trauma unit.

As of 6 p.m. it was unclear how old the male was or how severe his wounds were. It was also unclear what led up to the stabbing.

No suspects or motive was named. Metro is investigating.
