Man stabbed multiple times in North Las Vegas

A man is in critical condition after being stabbed multiple times Friday afternoon in North Las Vegas, police said.
Officers responded to reports of a stabbing around 2 p.m. at 770 West Lone Mountain Road near Camino Al Norte. Upon arrival, officers located a man in his 30s suffering from multiple stab wounds, North Las Vegas Police Department public information officer Ann Cavaricci said.
The man was taken to University Medical Center in critical condition.
Two people have been detained for questioning, Cavaricci said.
No further information was immediately available.
