Solaris offers taste of Broadway

Solaris Dance Theatre will perform a free concert Friday featuring Broadway show tunes in dance and song.

"Broadway on Paradise" is directed and choreographed by Dr. Carole Rae of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas dance department.

The senior adult dance company operates in conjunction with the Osher Lifetime Learning Institute at UNLV's Paradise campus. The group's motto is "You're never too old to dance."

The concert is scheduled for 1 p.m. Friday in the Paradise campus auditorium, 851 E. Tropicana Ave., Room 133.
