A McNeil Neighborhood Dog Parade is scheduled at 5 p.m. Saturday starting at 3008 Mason Ave. Costumes for critters are encouraged. The parade is set to march from Campbell Drive to Cahlan Drive along Mason, Burton, Bryant, Colanthe and Gilmary avenues. Stops along the way will be made for canine, kid and grownup treats.
