Nicki Minaj’s Vegas Madame Tussauds display gets redesign after fan photo

After a flurry of provocative fan photos in inappropriate poses with Nicki Minaj's wax statue, Madame Tussauds has decided to redesign the Las Vegas display.

The wax replica of Minaj has her on the floor on her hands and knees, paying tribute to her infamous "Anaconda" music video.

While Minaj's responses to the pictures began lighthearted, she has not responded to the most controversial image of a man mounting the figure from behind and pulling its hair. 

In a statement released on Twitter, Madame Tussauds says "It is unfortunate that this visitor decided to behave so inappropriately and we apologise for any offence this has caused."

The statement continued saying that they were taking steps to make sure more staff is monitoring the figure and that the set will be redesigned to ensure that a picture like that cannot be taken again.
