Restaurants offering special menus

There is, it seems, a lot going on at Las Vegas restaurants between 5 and 7 each evening. To wit:

N9NE Steakhouse at the Palms, 4321 W. Flamingo Road, has introduced a $65 prix-fixe menu with unlimited wine pairings and such dishes as Garbage Salad and rib-eye steak, available from 5 to 7.

Nove Italiano at Palms Place, 4381 W. Flamingo Road, is offering a $55 prix-fixe menu during the same time period. With such dishes as gulf shrimp francaise, Nana's Meatballs and rigatoni Bolognese, it also includes unlimited wine pairings.

Origin India, 4480 Paradise Road, is offering a new happy hour menu, with all dishes less than $6, during the same magic hours. On the menu: such dishes as Murgh Malai Tikka, kathi rolls and chili garlic mushroom. ...

Westside Bistro, the restaurant on the campus of the Culinary Academy of Las Vegas at 10 W. Lake Mead Blvd., has announced a new lunch menu of salads and sandwiches priced at $7 to $9.75, including an Asian chicken salad, the King of Clubs and El Cubano, a Cuban-style sandwich. Hours are from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. weekdays. ...
