NEWS FOR FOODIES

Just a note that Three Square food bank once again will sponsor a fall restaurant week, scheduled for Aug. 23-30. Restaurant week generally is a win-win-win situation: Foodies get to try a restaurant that they might not otherwise be able to try, considering that the menus are priced from $20.13 to $50.13, depending on the restaurant and whether it’s lunch or dinner.

The restaurants benefit because new customers are trying them out.

Three Square benefits as the recipient of a fixed portion of proceeds.
