The movie: "Winnie the Pooh"
When: Opening Friday at local theaters

The story: In the Hundred Acre Wood, Winnie the Pooh goes hunting for honey -- until he misinterprets a note from Christopher Robin and convinces pals Tigger, Rabbit, Piglet, Owl, Kanga, Roo and Eeyore that their young friend has been captured by a mysterious creature named "Backson."
The buzz: Based on three Pooh tales by A.A. Milne, this new animated adventure features several voice-over veterans, including Cleese ("Shrek" and its sequels), Ferguson (a Viking in "How to Train Your Dragon"), Kenny (the voice of TV's SpongeBob SquarePants) and Cummings, who has been voicing that silly old bear Pooh in Disney TV and video titles since the 1980s.
