Coroner: Las Vegas deal maker Wishna committed suicide

The Clark County coroner ruled Tuesday's death of Las Vegas businessman and deal maker Jack Wishna as a suicide.

Wishna, 54, who was found at his home after missing several appointments, died of carbon monoxide intoxication, it was determined after an autopsy Wednesday.

The coroner said Wishna was found in his car at home.

Wishna was a deal maker who helped bring Donald Trump to Las Vegas, putting the billionaire developer together with then-New Frontier owner Phil Ruffin, which led to the construction of the Trump International Tower in Las Vegas.

Wishna also courted entertainer Michael Jackson for a casino residency and orchestrated a multimillion-dollar agreement between performer Wayne Newton and the Stardust.

The businessman had recently been developing a social media website, RockCityClub.com, for musicians and their fans.
