Cosmopolitan welcomes Nikka Costa

She's Sinatra's goddaughter, and if you don't hear it her music, you see it in Nikka Costa's leather-tough 'tude and don't-give-a-squat demeanor. Costa's heavy-breathing R&B is generally oversexed and underhyped. Not that Costa isn't trying. She appears naked on her YouTube channel to hype her new EP "Pro*Whoa!"
