Feel your feelings with Jimmy Eat World
May 12, 2011 - 3:18 pm
Sensitive and tender as a fresh bruise, Jimmy Eat World's doe-eyed alt rock took emo to the mainstream via their 2001 breakout disc "American Bleeding." The bleeding they were speaking of? Their hearts, mainly, or at least that's what their equally poppy and pleading tunes suggest.
See the band at 5:30 p.m. Saturday in the House of Blues at Mandalay Bay, 3950 Las Vegas Blvd. South. Tickets are $30 in advance, $35 day of show; call 632-7600.
