Rapper Mac Miller topping charts, playing The Joint
October 5, 2012 - 1:01 am
Mac Miller is the Wes Welker of hip-hop, a guy who may not be as naturally gifted as some of his peers, but who manages to put up big numbers anyway.
The 20-year-old Pittsburgh native gets by on enthusiasm and good cheer, forever rapping about getting high and finally garnering the attention of girls who used to dismiss him in high school.
It's enough to make Miller a chart topper, as he earned a surprise debut atop the Billboard album chart last fall when he released his full-length debut, "Blue Slide Park."
Miller never needed a reason to party in the past, and now he has one.
Save some beer for the rest of us, guy.
