Time travel back to ’80s with show at Orleans

The Old School Summer Jam will take fans back to the '80s with the Ohio Players, Evelyn "Champagne" King u25B6 and Tone-Loc, among others, performing at 7:30 p.m. Saturday in the Orleans Arena, 4500 W. Tropicana Ave.
Reserved seating is $29, $35 and $65, and tickets are available at www.orleansarena.com or by calling 284-7777.
Disco queen and R&B singer King will reprise her hits "Shame" and "I'm in Love," while the Ohio Players will perform "Fire" and "Love Rollercoaster" and Tone-Loc will share hits "Wild Thing" and "Funky Cold Medina."
Other bands expected to perform include Midnight Star ("Freak-A-Zoid" and "Operator"), SOS Band ("Just Be Good to Me)," Atlantic Star ("Always" and "Secret Lovers") and Young MC ("Bust a Move").
The concert is sponsored by radio station KRNB-FM 105.7.
