TV on the Radio playing Cosmo pool show

TV on the Radio's records are prismatic and hard to pin down: falsetto, horn-fired funk; moody, blackened soul; scabrous post-punk; throbbing electro -- they all figure into the band's changeling jams. Their latest, "Nine Types of Light," is perhaps their most diffuse yet, sampling at least that many types of sound.

See TV on the Radio at 8 p.m. today at the Boulevard Pool at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, 3708 Las Vegas Blvd. South. Tickets are $37.50; call 698-7778.
