Century Communities to hold grand opening in Henderson

On June 11 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Century Communities celebrates the grand opening of its Sestina neighborhood in Inspirada, a master-planned community in Henderson. Home shoppers are invited to preview six brand-new model homes, enjoy complimentary refreshments and enter to win an iPad 2 Air.

Sestina’s model homes are now open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Mondays, when they open at noon.

Sestina offers seven single- and two-story floor plans that include up to six bedrooms, up to 4½ baths and up to three-car garages. Floor plans range from 1,786 to 3,528 square feet. Every home in Sestina includes a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, maple wood cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances. The homes also include paver walkways and driveways as well as options for 2½ or three-car garages.

In Lake Las Vegas, Century Communities is putting the finishing touches on another brand new neighborhood. Monte Lucca will celebrate its grand opening next June 18, with a sophisticated collection of tiered home sites in this popular resort-style master plan.

Monte Lucca residences range from 2,537 to 4,187 square feet with up to six bedrooms and up to five baths.

All three homes have options for an upper-level bonus room, bedroom suite or bonus room with additional bedrooms.
