Encanto by Pardee Homes offers convenient southwest Las Vegas location

Pardee Homes’ Encanto, off Fort Apache Road north of Sunset Road at Patrick Lane in the southwest valley, has a limited number of move-in-ready homes available.

To reach Encanto from the 215 Beltway West, exit Durango Drive/Sunset Road, stay on the access road, Rafael Rivera Way, and turn left onto West Sunset Road. Turn right at Fort Apache Road, then right again at Patrick Lane and follow the signs to the models.

A move-in-ready, single-story Plan 1B at cul-de-sac homesite 99 at Encanto is priced from $516,208, measures 2,639 square feet and has three bedrooms, 2½ baths, a den or office, upgraded flooring and window coverings.

A single-story Plan 2BR at cul-de-sac homesite 96 measures 2,856 square feet and features a den or office, game room, covered patio, upgraded flooring, stackable doors at the dining room for indoor-outdoor living, a two-bay garage plus swing garage. It is priced from $529,443.

A move-in-ready Plan 3XC at homesite 13 includes an optional loft and measures 3,551 square feet with four bedrooms; 3½ baths; upgraded flooring, cabinets and countertops; and a covered patio with a media wall and stacking doors at the great room for indoor-outdoor living. It is priced from $599,867.
