fresh52 Farmers’ Market returns to Inspirada just in time for spring

Spring is in the air, which means it’s the perfect time to celebrate the return of fresh52’s farmers and artisan market to the Inspirada master-planned community in Henderson. Residents and neighboring members of the community can enjoy this year’s first market at Solista Park from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. March 11.

With a “Dog Days” theme, guests are encouraged to bring their four-legged companions to meet the experts of Sit Means Sit, who will advise and guide owners on overcoming their canine’s challenges. No matter what size or shape, dogs can partake in the lure obstacle course, courtesy of K-9 Allure — a fun way for dogs to exercise not just their bodies but also their natural instincts. For dog lovers seeking a new companion, they can meet several pets in the pet adoption booth, hosted by the Animal Foundation.

“We are so ‘doggone’ excited for the highly anticipated return of our farmers’ market on March 11 and can’t wait to enjoy the day with all our furry friends, who are an important part of this community. It has been great collaborating with fresh52, and we look forward to bringing more creatively themed events later this year,” said Megan Conklin, Inspirada lifestyle director.

The first 250 dogs will receive a free and fashionable bandana, and the first 50 guests to post a photo of their pet at the market using the hashtag #MyInspirada will be awarded a portable dog bowl.

Guests will receive a free reusable bag with purchase, while supplies last. More than a dozen local vendors will offer a wide selection of treats from savory meats to locally grown produce and delectable sweets.

Participating vendors include D&D Farms, Success Valley Farms, Big Paw Olive Oils, Spicy Camel Trading Co., Frankly Good Coffee, Hangry Nation, Fido’s Fine Ding, Red Rock Sweets, Gilcrease Orchard, Don Burkett Farms and Benzler Farms.

Scheduled to return every second and fourth Saturday of the month, future dates include March 25, April 8, April 22, May 13 and 27. The April 8 market will be held at Aventura Park and feature Easter egg hunts, photos with the Easter Bunny, flower planting in individual pots that guests can take home, face painting, sack races and more.

Located in Henderson just minutes from Interstate 15, Inspirada is made up of five nationally acclaimed and award-winning builders: Beazer Homes, Century Communities, KB Home, Pardee Homes and Toll Brothers. Homebuyers can tour nearly 70 new model homes in 15 neighborhoods, finding homes suited for every lifestyle, with prices starting in the high $100,000s to $500,000. The sales offices are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Inspirada is ranked as the seventh top-selling master-planned community in the nation. With a projected build-out of 8,500 homes, Inspirada is home to more than 2,500 residents who have access to programs and activities managed by a full-time staff that creates social calendars to bring neighbors together in the parks and the Inspirada Community Center.

It is home to four parks — Solista, Capriola, Potenza and Aventura — some with resident-only heated pools, BBQ/picnic areas, basketball, bocce and volleyball courts, soccer fields, splash pads and dog parks.
