Homes available for year-end closing at Solano in Inspirada

With just seven weeks remaining in 2016, Pardee Homes has a limited number of move-in-ready homes available at its Solano neighborhood in Henderson’s Inspirada planned community.

A move-in-ready Solano Plan Two D at corner home site 82 is priced from $334,606 and features four bedrooms, three baths, a loft, upgraded flooring, window coverings, a whole house water filtration system, stucco patio cover and oversize sliding doors that lead to the patio. The home measures 2,267 square feet.

Another Solano home projected for November completion is a Plan Three D at home site 106, which is priced from $360,778 and measures 2,433 square feet with four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, upgraded flooring, a stucco patio cover, backyard landscaping and oversized sliding doors to the patio.

A third move-in-ready option at Solano is a Plan Two B at homesite 104, projected for completion later this month.

Solano is a collection of two-story homes that range in size from 2,187 to 2,433 square feet with up to four bedrooms and three baths, as well as a covered patio or outdoor room. Prices start from $300,450.

To reach Solano from St. Rose Parkway, head south on Executive Airport Drive, which becomes Via Inspirada south of Volunteer Boulevard.

Continue south on Via Inspirada, which becomes Bicentennial Parkway. Turn right on Via Firenze to reach Solano.

Pardee sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday.
