Lennar Las Vegas Voted Best Homebuilder

Lennar Las Vegas recently won “Best Homebuilder” by Las Vegas Review-Journal’s Best of Las Vegas awards, in the 35th year of the reader’s choice awards. Lennar also celebrated three more wins, as they have communities in each of the top three winners for the “Best Master-Planned Community” category.

“We are thrilled and humbled by this award,” said Ashley Max, marketing manager for Lennar Las Vegas. “We’re also so thankful and grateful for the people who voted, our amazing homeowners and our associates who work hard every single day to deliver perfect dream homes.”

This is the first year that the homebuilder category has existed, but the competition has been in existence for 35 years and comes highly respected and recognized by the locals.

Summerlin was voted top master-planned community. Lennar is building and selling its Delano community in Summerlin, which offers a few quick move-in homes that are still available for sale. They have already started an interest list for another community inside the Summerlin, Oluna, which will be a new modern community in the newest area of Summerlin, The Cliffs.

Another winner was Mountain’s Edge, where Lennar offers three collections within its Monterey Ranch gated community with a private park, pool and splash pad. The Gardens, The Groves and The Vistas are now selling new homes within Monterey Ranch, set within the Mountain’s Edge master plan.

At Cadence, the third-place winner and newest master-planned community, Lennar is building Heritage. The Henderson age-qualified community has four neighborhoods and is the only guard-gated community in Cadence. Heritage just opened its large recreation center for residents that is filled with top-notch amenities, such as indoor and outdoor pools, a full fitness center, ballroom, crafts room, billiards, poker tables and pickeball courts.
