Lake Las Vegas, a master planned residential, golf and resort community surrounding a 320-acre private lake, has 12 model homes open in four new home communities.
“We’re excited to showcase our builders’ spectacular models and invite homebuyers to tour them and learn about the unique lifestyle that only we can offer,” said Patrick Parker, president of Raintree Investment Corp., the master developer of Lake Las Vegas. “With their spacious single-level floor plans, dramatic two-story designs, modern appointments and eye for living space, our builders have created wonderful single family homes that complement the great community atmosphere and environment we’ve developed.”
Three hundred homes are being built at Monte Lucca by Century Communities, Lago Vista and The Peaks by William Lyon Homes and Regatta Pointe by CalAtlantic Homes.
Monte Lucca, a luxury single-story gated community with tiered home sites, offers several lots with city or lake views. Homes feature 10 to 12-foot ceilings, multislide glass walls opening to a deep covered patio with pavers, and three-car-split garages. Gourmet kitchens include 42-inch cabinets, stainless-steel Whirlpool appliances and undermount sinks. Optional dual masters, multigenerational casitas and many ways to customize the homes for personal style are available.
The Peaks, a two-story community with 88 home sites above the Lake Las Vegas Valley, offers three two-story floor plans ranging from 2,977 to 3,399 square feet.
Lago Vista, along the lakeshore, has homes ranging from 3,733 to 5,032 square feet and feature exterior verandas and outdoor environments through glass multislide doors.
Regatta Pointe is a Mediterranean-inspired gated community of traditional home designs. This single-family detached home community offers multiple floor plans, including a newly designed single-story model, and optional rooftop decks.
The Lake Las Vegas master plan covers 3,592 acres and offers two golf courses; three hotels with spas; a full-service marina with watercraft and water sport rentals and yacht cruises; hiking and biking trails; and MonteLago Village, a pedestrian-only enclave with lakeside restaurants, cafes, new Seasons Market, and a collection of businesses with residential offerings above.
