Model home openings celebrated at Lake Las Vegas with beach party July 16

To celebrate the model openings at four of its new-home communities, Lake Las Vegas is hosting a beach party and prize giveaways at its Reflection Bay Golf Club from noon to 5 p.m. July 16. The event complements individual builder promotions and is part of the residential, golf and resort master plan’s “Summer of Celebration,” highlighting the many activities and new developments throughout the community surrounding a 320-acre private lake.

“We’re so excited about the completion of the beautiful models in our new single-family communities by CalAtlantic Homes, Century Communities and William Lyon Homes, and want to share them with prospective homeowners,” said Patrick Parker, president of Raintree Investment Corporation, master developer of Lake Las Vegas.

“This beach party will be fun, letting us celebrate this next milestone in our continued development. With desert contemporary architecture, our builders have done a great job designing homes that complement the great lifestyle Lake Las Vegas offers, with many outdoor, recreational, dining and resort amenities, plus the recent opening of our very own Seasons Market grocery store in MonteLago Village.”

Entry to the beach party is free with a Lake Las Vegas Passport of Fun for each family that is stamped from at least two of five locations throughout the master plan, including The Peaks and Lago Vista by William Lyon Homes, MonteLucca by Century Communities, Regatta Pointe by CalAtlantic Homes and the new Seasons Market. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

The beach party will feature hamburgers and hot dogs, games for kids, hourly giveaways (one prize per family) and a Sunny 106.5 radio remote from 2 to 4 p.m. Attendees are invited to enjoy the beach and variety of Lake Las Vegas fee-based water sports and watercraft rentals, including electric Duffy boats, flyboard, gondolas, kayaks and stand-up paddleboards. All events and food are on a first-come, first-served basis.

The first 500 people to go to Reflection Bay with two stamps also are eligible for a free Lake Las Vegas hat. The first 200 people with three stamps are eligible for a 45-minute cruise on the La Contessa yacht around Lake Las Vegas at 1 p.m. or 3 p.m., or may choose the use of a paddle board for free, the latter subject to availability.

Passport holders with all five stamps will be entered into a drawing to win one of two staycations at Lake Las Vegas. The packages each include a hotel stay for two nights, two free rounds of golf for four at Reflection Bay and $50 in free groceries from Seasons Market. The drawings will be held at 3:30 p.m. during the Sunny 106.5 remote at Reflection Bay.

Passports and community maps can be picked up from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. July 16 at the Peaks, Regatta Pointe, Monte Lucca and Lago Vista new-home communities, Seasons Market in MonteLago Village and Reflection Bay.

Limited parking is available at Reflection Bay and MonteLago Village. Additional parking is available. Attendees should follow signage to parking for shuttle bus service to the various locations.

Lake Las Vegas is conveniently located east off the Galleria Parkway Exit and Interstate 515/U.S. 93/U.S. 95. For directions and information, visit lakelasvegas.com.
