One Las Vegas, a twin-tower, high rise condominium with a Las Vegas Boulevard address, recently completed a $2 million remodeling project that has elevated the community through art, design and lifestyle created and curated by a dream team of specialists.
According to Uri Vaknin, a partner at KRE Capital LLC, whose company, in partnership with Dune Real Estate Partners, purchased in 2013 as DK Las Vegas the twin 20-story towers, One Las Vegas’ recent remodeling is evident throughout the community.
Standouts include the addition of spectacular commissioned artwork, towering palms that herald entrance to the community, upgraded and new amenities and a dedicated lifestyle director to bring together residents in a variety of activities.
The redevelopment dream team included Lee Bryan of Atlanta-based LBID LLC, who oversaw significant interior design enhancements in all common areas that were brought to life by Martin-Harris Construction.
Las Vegas landscape architect JW Zunino Landscape Architecture conceived the community’s outdoor vision that was ultimately executed by Valleycrest to enhance One Las Vegas’ signature entrance, outdoor resort pool area, walking paths and greenspaces.
The tone of the community starts with the lobby, which now features a 54-foot custom photographic installation called “Water Way” by artist and photographer Marilyn Suriani. She also produced custom pieces for the main lobby and the towers’ many elevator lobbies.
Newly refreshed lifestyle spaces include Transform — a two-story state-of-the-art fitness center; Splash — resort-style pool with new Martinique beach daybeds and Italian cabanas; Celebrate — an event space with catering kitchens; Show — movie theater with reclining seats; Play — sports lounge with billiards, ping-pong and multi-game arcade machine; Network — multi-functional co-op business center; Connect — conference room with state-of-the art technology; Focus — library and reading room; Touch — two private treatment rooms for massages and other spa remedies; Fetch — two dog parks and agility course; Serve — lighted tennis court and Lobster tennis ball server; Spark — fire pit, barbecue grills and summer kitchen.
This guard-gated community boasts a full-service concierge, 24-hour courtesy patrol, electric car charging stations, daily coffee bar and climate-controlled, full-size storage units for each residence, which is not commonly found in most high-rise towers.
A full schedule of social events, activities, outings and other exclusive gatherings for residents is organized by a lifestyle director charged with enhancing the overall social experience for those who call One Las Vegas home.
One Las Vegas is uniquely positioned just a few miles from the neon of the Strip with many of its spacious high-rise homes offering sweeping views of the city and the surrounding mountains.
According to Vaknin, the community’s recent refresh is attracting residents of all ages seeking home ownership and the ultimate Las Vegas lifestyle: accessibility to all the city offers with a private sanctuary above it all.
“Las Vegas is one of the most iconic cities in the world, and it also boasts some of the most spectacular natural topography via Red Rock Canyon and other signature mountain ranges that frame the valley,” Vaknin said. “One Las Vegas brings it all home to give residents views of both from their own living room.”
One Las Vegas is located close to I-15, the 215 Beltway, just minutes from McCarran International Airport and a few miles south of Town Square, offering more than 1.2 million square feet of shopping, dining and entertainment.
According to Vaknin, One Las Vegas is priced within reach of young professionals just launching their careers, families desiring a maintenance free lifestyle and retirees looking to right-size their homes.
Of the twin 20-story towers, DK Las Vegas purchased 295 of the project’s 359 residences. Homes range from 831 to 2,857 square feet with many floor plans offering views of the mountains and the Strip.
One- bedroom homes are priced from the low $200,000s; two-bedroom homes from the high $200,000s; and three-bedroom homes from the low $400,000s. The penthouse, offering 3,000 square feet of sweeping views, is priced at $1.1 million.
