Pardee builds in Henderson

Pardee Homes has four Henderson neighborhoods, including Alterra, Bella Verdi and Solano in the master-planned Inspirada community, and Horizon Terrace South at Horizon Ridge Parkway and Gibson Road just south of the 215 Beltway.

Alterra at Inspirada is a gated neighborhood featuring homes that range from 2,897 to 4,165 square feet with as many as six bedrooms and 4½ baths and Pardee'€™s optional GenSmart Suite. Prices start from $424,990.

At Alterra, a move-in ready Residence 1-D measures 3,227 square feet with four bedrooms, 3½ baths, four-car tandem garage, covered patio and backyard landscaping. The home is priced from $509,695.

To reach Alterra, travel south on Via Firenze from Bicentennial Parkway and follow the signs.

Horizon Terrace South features home sites with the foothills of Henderson's McCullough Mountains to the south and the Las Vegas Valley to the north, east and west. The elevated neighborhood features five floor plans that measure from 2,681 to 3,652 square feet with as many as five bedrooms and 4½ baths, covered patios, optional loft suite and optional GenSmart Suite. A move-in ready Residence 1-B at Horizon Terrace South measures 3,122 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, three-car garage, loft, window coverings and buyer’s selection of flooring. It is priced from $439,475.

A move-in ready Residence 2-D at Horizon Terrace South measures 3,307 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, three-car garage, loft, game room, backyard landscaping, window coverings and upgraded flooring and is priced from $485,731.

And a move-in ready Residence 3-CR measures a 3,652 square feet with five bedrooms, 4½ baths, three-car garage, den/office, loft, game room, backyard landscaping, window coverings, upgraded flooring and kitchen appliances. The Horizon Terrace South home is priced from $502,848.
