Pardee Homes grows its Inspirada collection of new homes

The master-planned Inspirada community in Henderson, recognized by RCLCO (formerly Robert Charles Lesser &Co.) as being the No. 7 top-selling master-planned community in the country in 2016, is currently home to three Pardee Homes’ neighborhoods. A fourth Pardee neighborhood opens in February. “Pardee Homes has a large presence in Inspirada with our Escala, Montero and Solano neighborhoods, and our brand-new Strada neighborhood scheduled to open on Feb. 18,” said Klif Andrews, Pardee Homes division president.

In 2016, Inspirada experienced annual growth in sales of 45 percent over 2015, according to RCLCO. Pardee also added two new Inspirada communities in 2016 — Escala and Montero — and closed out its Bella Verdi and Alterra neighborhoods.

Escala and Montero are both located off Via Firenze and Via Cartanda Avenue, just east of Potenza Park. New homes are featured in midcentury modern, contemporary Spanish, desert prairie and desert contemporary architectural styles.

Prices start from $508,000 at Escala, where single-story floor plans range in size from 2,898 to 3,949 square feet, and each are available with optional second floors for additional living space.

Prices start from $414,000 at Montero, which features one- and two-story homes that range in size from 2,516 to 3,496 square feet.

Located near Pardee’s Escala and Montero is under-construction Strada. Upon completion next month, Strada will showcase three new floor plan designs based on the Gold Nugget Award-winning Farmhouse Millennial Home. The two-story homes will range in size from 2,493 to 3,260 square feet. Prices are anticipated to start from the high $300,000s.

Pardee’s Solano neighborhood is located south of Bicentennial Parkway adjacent to Aventura Park. Solano is a collection of two-story homes that range in size from 2,187 to 2,433 square feet with up to four bedrooms and three baths, as well as covered patios or outdoor rooms.

To reach Solano from St. Rose Parkway, head south on Executive Airport Drive, which becomes Via Inspirada south of Volunteer Blvd. Continue south on Via Inspirada, which becomes Bicentennial Parkway. Turn right on Via Firenze to reach Solano and turn left to reach Escala and Montero. New Home Gallery hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and noon to 5 p.m. on Monday.
