Pardee Homes’ to open Escala in Inspirada

Pardee Homes is planning a February opening for Escala at Inspirada, showcasing new architectural designs including Desert Contemporary, Modern Spanish and Mid-Century Modern styles.

Plan One is a spacious single-story design that measures 2,898 square feet with three bedrooms and 2½ baths with kitchen, generous great room and dining area and two-car garage, plus one-car garage.

Plan 1-X provides a twist — a spacious second-floor loft or optional fourth bedroom and third bath and optional wet bar. The plan measures 3,528 square feet.

Escala's Plan Two measures 3,063 square feet with three bedrooms and 2½ baths, modern open kitchen, dining area, great room and game room that all connect to the outdoor living area via 15-inch stacking doors.

The Plan 2-X features five bedrooms, 4½ baths and measures 3,949 square feet, thanks to a second floor that includes a lounge, deck and fourth and fifth bedrooms, each with a bath with optional shower.

The gated Escala neighborhood is near Pardee's Bella Verdi neighborhood in Inspirada, just off of Via Firenze and Cartanda east of Potenza Park in the Henderson master-planned community.

Pardee Homes' Meridian neighborhood, at the southwest corner of Wigwam Avenue and Buffalo Drive, debuted the builder's new desert contemporary architectural styles and floor plans in October. The contemporary new-home designs feature living spaces ranging from 2,920 square feet to 3,946 square feet on home sites that are one-third acre and larger. Prices start from $566,000.

One of the West's largest and longest-established homebuilders, Pardee has built homes for nearly 50,000 families in Southern Nevada since 1952. Pardee Homes is a member of the TRI Pointe Group, a family of premium regional homebuilders supported by significant resources, economies of scale and thought leadership on a national foundation.
