Pardee showcases eight floor plans at Castle Rock and North Peak

Pardee Homes’ Castle Rock and North Peak neighborhoods offer eight distinct floor plans in the builder’s master-planned Eldorado community at the northern rim of the Las Vegas Valley.

Homes at Castle Rock range from 2,942 to 4,044 square feet of living space with open floor plans, covered patios, game rooms, lofts, as many as six bedrooms and up to a four-car garage. Prices start from $341,990.

A move-in-ready Castle Rock Residence 2-B measures 3,262 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, four-car tandem garage, game room, loft, stucco patio cover and buyer’s selection of flooring. Situated in a cul-de-sac, the home is priced from $367,990.

North Peak’s new-home designs feature open floor plans, covered patios as standard, lofts and as many as five bedrooms. Homes range from 1,888 to 2,948 square feet and include a single-story plan with three bedrooms, two baths, two-car garage and den or optional fourth bedroom. Prices start from $274,490.

A move-in-ready North Peak Residence 4-B measures 2,948 square feet with four bedrooms, 3½ baths, three-car garage, loft, den/office and buyer’s selection of flooring. Situated on a cul-de-sac home site, the home is priced from $341,615.

The neighborhoods are off Deer Springs Road, east of Aliante Parkway and south of the 215 Beltway, providing easy access to major transportation routes as well as Creech and Nellis Air Force Bases. In addition, retail, dining, the Aliante Library, Nature Discovery Park and Seastrand Park are all nearby.

To reach Castle Rock and North Peak from the northern 215 Beltway, exit at Aliante Parkway and head south. Turn left on Deer Springs Road and follow the signs to Castle Rock and North Peak. Deer Springs Road ends near the entrance to the neighborhoods, which feature a shared sales office and seven model homes.
