Pardee showcases local artist at Inspirada

Local artist and architect Jon Jannotta has signed his most recent artwork at the entry to the sales office at Escala, a new Pardee Homes collection of homes in Inspirada.

“Jon’s work felt like the perfect fit for Escala, as both share a distinct blend of architectural inspiration, bold colors and shapes, and mixed artistic mediums,” said Pardee Homes Division President Klif Andrews. “We are proud to celebrate talented artists and makers in the community.”

Jannotta’s art has been displayed in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. He has designed homes for celebrities, including Wayne Newton and Rudy Ruettiger in Las Vegas, and Bob Dylan in Malibu. He also designed the first phase of the Andre Agassi Academy.

With a fresh take on midcentury modern design, Escala represents a “real breakaway in residential design in Southern Nevada,” said Jannotta, a self-described abstract painter since childhood, who designed his first building when he was 12 years old.

“Escala is an exciting addition to the market, and we wanted to brand it as a work of art,” Andrews said. “The bold architecture and upscale amenities offered are sophisticated and luxurious, including seamless indoor-outdoor living areas created by stacking and disappearing pocket doors of glass.”

Located off of Via Firenze and Cartanda Avenue, east of Potenza Park in Henderson’s Inspirada master-planned community, Escala’s single-story floor plans range from 2,898 to 3,949 square feet and are each available with optional second floors for additional living space.

Escala features midcentury modern, desert contemporary, desert prairie and contemporary spanish exteriors and as many as five bedrooms, 4½ baths, covered patios and three-car garages. Homes in the gated community are priced from $499,000.

Plan One is a spacious single-story design that measures 2,898 square feet with three bedrooms, 2½ baths, two-car garage plus one-car garage. The Plan 1-X measures 3,528 square feet thanks to a twist to the Plan One – a spacious second-floor loft or optional fourth bedroom and third bath and optional wet bar.

The Plan Two measures 3,063 square feet with three bedrooms and 2½ baths, modern open kitchen, dining area, great room and game room that all connect to the outdoor living area via 15-foot wide stacking doors. The Plan Two model home features a midcentury modern elevation with standard sloped ceilings and clerestory windows.

The Plan 2-X features five bedrooms, 4½ baths and measures 3,949 square feet with a second floor that includes a lounge, deck and fourth and fifth bedrooms, each with a bath with optional shower.
