Pardee showcases Summerglen model homes

Pardee Homes’ is offering three model homes at Summerglen in southwest Las Vegas for sale, with projected move-in this spring.

The Plan 1-A model home at Summerglen is priced from $351,576 and measures 2,311 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, loft, two-car garage, bedroom and downstairs bath and spa shower in the master bathroom.
