Pardee to hold grand opening for Camino in North Las Vegas

Pardee Homes on Saturday will celebrate the grand opening of Camino off of Ann Road west of Camino Al Norte at the northern rim of the Las Vegas Valley.

A variety of grand opening events is planned from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. today to showcase the homes, including activities and refreshments for all ages.

Camino offers three flexible floor plans with up to 2,385 square feet of two-story living space with up to five bedrooms and three baths. Each plan includes a downstairs bedroom and bath as well as a complete kitchen with refrigerator and microwave included in the price of the home. Prices are anticipated to start from the mid-$200,000s.

“Camino is our newest offering in the Eldorado area, where Pardee Homes has been building new homes and communities for nearly 30 years,” said Pardee Homes Division President Klif Andrews. “And we’re proud to offer these homes from the mid-$200,000s, which is a great value in our market.”

Plan One measures 1,954 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths and two-car garage while Plan Two measures 2,311 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, loft or optional fifth bedroom and two-car garage.

Plan Three measures 2,385 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, two-car garage and loft. An optional retreat or optional fifth bedroom is offered instead of the loft.

Camino is near Sandstone Ridge Park, and Eldorado’s Eldorado and Seastrand Parks are also just minutes away. The under-construction Dignity Health-St. Rose Dominican neighborhood hospital, located south of Camino at Craig Road and Martin Luther King Boulevard, is anticipated to open in 2017.
