Pardee to open Encanto in southwest Las Vegas

Pardee Homes is planning a March 12 grand opening of Encanto off Fort Apache Road between Sunset Road and Patrick Lane in the southwestern valley.

Priced from $469,000, Encanto’s floor plans range from 2,639 to 3,551 square feet with three-car garages and options including loft, second master suite and sliding or optional stackable doors that create indoor/outdoor living areas.

“Encanto’s spacious single-story and single-story plus loft plans are designed to maximize indoor and outdoor living spaces,” said Pardee Homes’ Division President Klif Andrews. “And it is conveniently located near the 215 Beltway and established retail, medical, schools, parks and other services in the popular southwest Las Vegas corridor.”

Plan One is a single-story design that measures 2,639 square feet with three bedrooms, three baths, den or optional fourth bedroom and sliding glass door leading to the covered patio.

Plan Two measures 2,856 square feet with three bedrooms, three baths, den and game room; while the Plan 2-X adds a second-floor loft and powder room and measures 3,262 square feet.

Plan Three measures 3,028 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, great room, game room, optional second master suite instead of two bedrooms and a three-car garage.

Encanto 3-X adds a second-floor loft and powder room that can be built as an optional fifth bedroom and fourth bath and with an optional wet bar.

To reach Encanto from the 215 Beltway West, exit Durango Drive/Sunset Road. Stay on the access road (Rafael Rivera Way) and turn left onto West Sunset Road. Turn right at Fort Apache Road then right again at Patrick Lane and follow the signs to the models.
