Pardee to open Escala in Inspirada Feb. 27

Pardee Homes is planning a Feb. 27 grand opening for Escala at Inspirada, featuring large, contemporary homes that are expected to start from the high $400,000s in a gated community.

Located off of Via Firenze and Cartanda, just east of Potenza Park in the Henderson master-planned community, Escala's single-story floor plans are available with optional second floors for additional living space. Floor plans range from 2,898 to 3,949 square feet with Midcentury Modern, Desert Contemporary, Desert Prairie and Contemporary Spanish exteriors and up to five bedrooms, 4½ baths, covered patios and three-car garages.

"We're excited to bring these innovative, exciting designs to Inspirada, including a Midcentury Modern elevation," said Pardee Homes Director of Sales Geoff Gorman.

Plan One at Escala is a single-story design that measures 2,898 square feet with three bedrooms and 2½ baths with gourmet kitchen, great room and dining area and two-car garage, plus one-car garage.

Plan 1-X provides a twist to the Plan One — a second-floor loft or optional fourth bedroom and third bath and optional wet bar. The plan measures 3,528 square feet.

Escala's Plan Two measures 3,063 square feet with three bedrooms and 2½ baths, modern open kitchen, dining area, great room and game room that all connect to the outdoor living area via 15-foot wide stacking doors. The Plan Two model home features a Midcentury Modern elevation with standard sloped ceilings and clerestory windows.

The Plan 2-X features five bedrooms, 4½ baths and measures 3,949 square feet, thanks to a second floor that includes a lounge, deck and two bedrooms, each with a bath with optional shower.
